On 19-20 October 2017, the RSBF held a seminar devoted to “Taxes and tax risk assessment”.
The purpose of the seminar was to transfer knowledge and develop practical skills in the area of tax and credit risk assessment as part of financial analysis of small business borrowers, including groups of connected entities.
The first interview with a potential customer

On September 14, 2017, the EBRD RSBF training centre held a workshop on the topic “The first interview with a potential customer”.
The main goal of the training was to develop the participants’ skills in express analysis of the data obtained from potential clients in the course of the first interviews. The purpose of express analysis is to determine the feasibility of extending finance to their businesses.

On July 13-14, 2017, a seminar on the topic "Structuring a loan based on the results of financial analysis. Decision-making in the lending business” was held on the basis of the EBRD-RSBF training centre. This seminar targets bank specialists involved in the decision-making process on loans to small businesses, both at the stage of checking credit resumes, and at credit committees proper.

On 22-23 June 2017, the RSBF held a seminar devoted to “Taxes and assessment of tax risks”. This is a new seminar designed and implemented by RSBF consultants, taking into account the training needs and requirements of our partner institutions.
The purpose of the seminar is to expand the knowledge base of loan officers in the area of financial analysis of connected entities operating in the small business sector, i.e. to teach them to identify and assess tax risks
